Returns Policy


We aim for you to be always completely happy with your purchase rather ever than wanting to return it.
But if you ever want to return it, we accept returns on DVDs, Blu-rays, Games< Perfumes and most other items if returned within 30 days. Due so various supply arrangements, some items cannot be returned and some items can only be returned as "warranty" returns. Please see the end of the item description to check if the item either can or cannot be returned. 

Just use the 'Contact Us' link on this website an tell us which item you wish to return and your purchase invoice number.
Usually within 1 business day we will email you back a Return Approval which explains our very simple 'returns process'.
The Return Approval will also include confirmation of the return address where you need to return your item to.
On return you will either receive an exchange or a prompt full refund as per agreed on the Return Approval.

Your purchase must be returned unopened and at your expense for a prompt and full refund unless agreed otherwise. 
No credit or refund will be given for items received after 30 days. Returns received after 30 days will not be credited, refunded or returned back unless you prepay the postage.


Of course returns will also be accepted if your purchase is faulty or not as described.

We usually accept returns on Brand New DVDs, Blu-rays, Games, Perfumes and most other items.

WHEN Do Returns Need To Be Returned By?
For a prompt and full refund items must be returned within 30 days.

WHERE Do Returns Need To Be Returned To?
Usually to the warehouse address it was shipped from, but you must contact us first to obtain a Return Approval.
Usually within one business day we will email you back a Return Approval which includes the Return Address.

HOW Do Customers Return Items?
Simply contact us to obtain a Return Approval.
The Return Approval will explain the very simple process and it will also include the Return Address.

WHO PAYS POSTAGE Costs Ror Returns?
If you have simply changed your mind then the Return Postage will be at your expense.
If your purchase is faulty on not as described then we will refund you for the Return Postage back to us.

CREDIT For Returns?
Approved Returns will get a prompt full refund on arrival.
With any items not posted free, the postage charge will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or not as described.

IN STORE RETURN Option?
OZeShopping is an online business only.
We are not open to the public and all returns must be posted back to the adress on your Return Approval.

PACKING Returns?
Items must be returned unopened for a prompt and full refund if you have simply changed your mind.
If the item is faulty or not as described it will be accepted for return after having been opened as long as it is still in mint condition so that we can return it to our suplliers. No credit or refund will be given for items returned damaged or in a condition other than the condition agreed on the Return Approval. Please do pack your returns carefully to prevent any damage in transit.
