POSTAGE CHARGES To Addresses Within Australia?
We offer Free Shipping on most items to addresses anywhere in Australia.
Free Postage to anywhere in Australia is for Standard Regular Postage by Australia Post.
If you prefer Registered Post or Express Post for a few dollars these options are usually available as extras on checkout.  



POSTAGE CHARGES To Worldwide Addresses Outside Australia?
We offer Free Shipping Worldwide on selected items and Worlwide Shipping starting from AU $9.95 on other items.
If you prefer Registered Post or Express Post at an additional cost, these options are usually available as extras on checkout.
Any Customs Duties that may apply in the country of destination to items posted to addresses outside of Australia are payable by the Purchaser. If you are purchasing from outside Australia please check the Import Duty laws of your country before purchasing.  

HANDLING TIME Is How Long?
We post within 1 business day of cleared payment around 98% of the time.
This excludes backorder 'out of stock' items which can take a little longer, usually 7-12 days.
Occasionally, but rarely, there may be the odd unexpected delay. These instances are rare and if that happens we will keep you up to date, we will promptly advise you of the delay and we will offer you the option of a prompt full refund.  

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS Are Accepted?
We currently accept PayPal and Bank Deposit or Internet Banking Transfer.
Our accepted payment options are all displayed on Checkout, just select the most convenient option for you.  


DO OUR DVDs PLAY Everywhere?
All our DVDs are Region 4, the genuine Australian release.
Region 4 countries include Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Central America, Mexico, South America, and Caribbean.
If you are in another country, to play Region 4 DVDs from Australia your DVD player needs to be either Region 4 or Multi-Region and your Television needs to be either PAL or PAL compatible.  


DO OUR BLU-RAYs PLAY Everywhere?
All our Blu-rays are Region B, the genuine Australian release.
Region B countries include Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Africa, The Middle East, French Territories and Greenland.
If you are in another country, to play Region B Blu-rays from Australia your Blu-ray player needs to be either Region B or Multi-region and your television needs to be either PAL or PAL compatible.  


AUDIO AND SUBTITLES In Other Languages?
Subtitles and Audio in other languages varies from title to title.
Wherever possible and when known, we list the Languages and Subtitle options on the title information. 
If subtitles or audio in a specific language is important to you please free to contact us and we will clarify it for you.  


WHICH PRODUCTS Can Be Returned?
We normally accept returns on 'Brand New' DVDs, Blu-rays, Games, Perfumes and most other items.
Depending on various supply arrangements, some slected items can only be returned as "warranty" returns.
Returns are always accepted within 30 days if the item is faulty or not as described. .  


WHEN DO RETURNS Need To Be Returned By?
For a prompt and full refund you must return the item within 30 days.  

WHERE DO RETURNS Need To Be Teturned To?
Normally to the warehouse address it was shipped from, but you must contact us to obtain a Return Approval.
Normally within one business day we will email you back a Return Approval which includes the Return Address.  

HOW DO CUSTOMERS Return Items?
Simply contact us to obtain a Return Approval.
The Return Approval will explain the very simple process and it will also include the Return Address.  

WHO PAYS POSTAGE Costs For Returns?
If you have simply changed your mind then the Return Postage will be at your expense.
If your purchase is faulty on not as described then we will refund you for the Return Postage back to us.  

CREDIT for returns?
Approved Returns will get a prompt full refund on arrival.
With any items not posted free, the postage charge will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or not as described.  

IN STORE RETURN option?
OZeShopping is an online business only.
We are not open to the public and all returns must be posted back to the adress on your Return Approval.  

PACKING returns?
All items must be returned unopened for a prompt and full refund if you have simply changed your mind.
If the item is faulty or not as described it will be accepted for return after having been opened as long as it is still in mint condition so that we can return it to our suplliers. We may refuse a refund for items returned in damaged condition or in a condition that was not approved on the Return Approval. Please pack returns carefully to prevent any damage in transit.
